The UpRiver Dulcimer Club was founded in the summer of 2007, by several Clackamas County dulcimer players who wanted to gather together and play music on a regular basis. The group started with six members and has grown to include many more, including a guitar player and a tub bass player. Now we come from Estacada, Colton, Welches, Beavercreek, Sandy, Molalla, Milwaukie, Eagle Creek, Canby, and even Portland.

BACKGROUND
Here's most of the Portland group that meets on the 4th Sunday of the month.
In the fall of 2009, Sally created another dulcimer group for Portland-based players - the Stumptown Strummers!

This fun groups meets in Milwaukie the 4th Sunday of every month.  New members welcome anytime!  Come on over to 2700 SE Harrison, Milwaukie, from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm.   Call 503/504-3822 for more detailed information if needed.
Mt. Hood Dulcimers


Sally taught some students in Sandy who then went on to create their own group.  They are now known as the Mt. Hood Dulcimers!
